昨年度の在庫が６月に売り切れになり多くのお客様にご迷惑をお掛けしております。
７月１日より開始した碾茶（抹茶の原料）の仕上げ作業も無事終えることができ、昨日から碾茶を抹茶に挽き始めています。

すでに３００人ほどのお客様からご依頼をお受けしておりますので、挽け次第順次お届けできればと思います。
ECサイトもご準備ができ次第、販売を始めますのでしばらくお待ち頂ければ幸いです。

We are now commencing sales of our matcha (first-flush tea) from the 2026 harvest.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused when our stock from the previous year sold out in June.
We have successfully completed the finishing process for the *tencha* (the raw material for matcha)—which began on July 1st—and started grinding the *tencha* into matcha yesterday.

We have already received orders from approximately 300 customers and plan to ship the products sequentially as they are ground.
We will also begin sales via our online store as soon as it is ready; we ask for your patience in the meantime.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
